My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2024

Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a great time celebrating the holidays.

I'm feeling much better now, although my voice still sounds like I have a cold. I expect to recover fully by tomorrow so I can return to work in good condition the following day.

This afternoon, I went on a leisurely walk and achieved 6,060 steps for my activity count. While I didn't reach my daily goal of 10,000 steps, this is still a good improvement from when I was down with the flu. Tomorrow, I'll aim for a better score and try to reach my 10,000-step goal. I'm considering going to the gym as well, but it will depend on how I feel tomorrow. I'll assess whether I'm ready for that level of activity.
