My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2024
Tonight, I'm having a nice bowl of Ban Mian! It's a noodle dish that has a good amount of flat noodles, vegetables, egg, minced meat, and dried anchovies. It's a comfort food for me, and I eat it whenever I want to feel better. I consider this a healthy dish because it has good nutrition and is light on the stomach.
For today's Actifit report, I was able to achieve 10,952 steps. It's not as high as the previous days, but it's still good enough because I went above my 10,000-step goal per day.
There's no gym workout today because I still have work to do, but I'm hopeful that I can make it up tomorrow.
