My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2024
It really is flu season in my town. I've seen so many people sneezing and dealing with runny noses. I guess the weather is to blame for all these colds. Personally, I think it's the sudden changes in weather that caused the cold I’m dealing with right now, and it’s so annoying. It started with a sore throat, and now I have a runny nose and a slight fever.
I originally planned to go to the gym today, but because of this cold, I think it’s better to rest tonight.
On a brighter note, I managed to achieve 11,527 steps for my Actifit report!
That’s all for today’s post. I hope I’ll feel better tomorrow so I can get back to my gym routine and stay on track.
