My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2024
Hey, I managed to achieve more than 6,000 steps for my report today! I also went to the gym to do some of my workout, which mainly included running on the treadmill and using one of the new machines to improve my upper back and chest.
Today went well for me, even though it’s Monday. I still found time to relax a bit and complete my workout routine, which is rare for this day of the week.
Tomorrow, I hope to improve my activity count or score. My target is at least 10,000 steps, but since it’s Monday, I didn’t have as much time for walking because I spent most of the day sitting in front of a desk working on my computer.
Tomorrow, I plan to do more walking to increase my score, and I also aim to improve my ranking on the overall scoreboard.
