My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2024

I went on a long walk today, and I’m feeling proud because I managed to achieve 17,476 steps for my Actifit report. I think this might be one of my top records this year, which is amazing!

During my walk, I came across a pineapple growing in a garden along the sidewalk, and I was really amazed to see it with a fruit. It looks like it’ll be ready soon. This discovery made my day because I always thought pineapples could only grow and bear fruit on farms. It’s incredible to see that they can thrive almost anywhere!

I might hit the gym later to do some lifting and work on strengthening my upper back and shoulders. I’m just posting my report early because I got so excited about the score I achieved. Cheers!
