My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2024

I wasn’t feeling well earlier, but I thought it was just a simple headache, so I still went to the gym for my Day 7 routine. It turned out to be just a minor headache, and I’m glad I didn’t let it stop me from achieving my goal for today.

I’m happy I managed to work out and go for a walk as well. My activity score for today is 13,687 steps, which is quite a good number compared to my previous days.

I feel tired, but it’s the good kind of tired, and I’m sure a good night’s sleep will be enough to re-energize me. Good night, Actifiters!
