My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2024

I'm taking a rest today, so I didn't go to the gym for my workout routine. I'm not feeling well, which I think might be due to the bad weather. I might catch the flu if I'm not careful, so I'd rather rest and recover to get back to my usual routine tomorrow.

Even so, I still managed to achieve a total of 11,699 steps for my Actifit report. That's good enough for me, so I’ve decided to rest tonight.
