My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2024
It's day 5 of my gym workout routine, and I'm determined to continue even if it means only completing a portion of my exercises. I'm proud of making the effort despite it being the weekend and feeling tired from my long walk. As long as I keep exercising consistently, my body will eventually adjust and develop the strength needed to make workouts part of my lifestyle.
After taking a long break, my body has lost its adaptability to perform the exercises I used to do, and now I'm working on getting back into shape. While it may take a month before I reach my previous fitness level, I believe it's possible with strong determination.
