It's day 4 of my gum workout routine! I thought about resting today, but I decided to go even if I won't complete my entire routine. Any exercise will be beneficial, helping me achieve something before the end of this year.

Hopefully, tomorrow the weather will be great so that I can go outdoors for a longer walk and breathe some fresh air.
