My Actifit Report Card: November 19 2024

I went to the gym today, finally, after weeks of renovation. The gym is now open with new equipment. It's exciting and daunting at the same time. It's because it's been a while since I worked out, and I worry that it's going to be an uphill battle to get back to my routine. At the same time, I feel excited because I will be able to work out again! I noticed that I have developed some fat buildup on my core, and so I want to slim down those areas.

It's going to be a tough challenge to regain fitness after almost a month of absence, but I'm determined to get back to it and hopefully slim down a bit before the end of this year. Cheers!
