Today was all about keeping balance in both activity and health. 💪

🛒 Grocery Run & Physical Activity
My day started with a quick trip to the store to buy some essentials. While it might not sound like much, every step counts, and it’s a small way to burn off some of those "celebratory" calories from yesterday. (Yes, I admit, I indulged a little! 😅)

🚶 Walk & achieved 13,616 Steps
Earlier, I also went for a walk, logging 13,616 steps! Along the way, I stopped by the store again to grab some fresh fruit. 🛒

🍍 Healthy Choices
Lately, I’ve been focusing on improving my digestion by eating more fiber-rich foods. My go-to? Papaya! It’s delicious, and my stomach loves it. Incorporating small changes like these makes a big difference over time.
