My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2024

Today’s activity was slightly lower than my goal, but I still managed a decent count with a total of 9,792 steps. My steps came mostly from a couple of good walks, although I wasn’t able to hit my 10,000-step target. I ran into a small setback when I found out the gym was closed for repairs, so I missed out on my planned workout session as well.

I'm setting a clear goal for tomorrow to go beyond 10,000 steps, aiming to get an even higher activity score. I’m planning to log off work a bit early to make time for an extended walk and maybe even a jog to get in some cardio, which I’ve been wanting to add back into my routine.
