My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2024

Today, my step count fell a few hundred short of my target of 10,000 steps. I achieved a total of 9,843 activity counts. I could have pushed myself harder, but I had other more important matters to attend to, and it was already late at night, so I decided to end my walk at that score.

Tomorrow will be a busy day at work, so I'd better get a good rest tonight and be prepared for it.
