My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2024

Finally, I managed to go to the gym today :) I restarted my workout routine, though not to the level where I used to be. Tonight, I did 30 reps with 10KG dumbbells, 60 sit-ups, and an 8-minute run on the treadmill.

I also went for a walk, which got me a total of 12,927 steps!

I hope that I can regain my previous workout routine and get back on my fitness journey. I intend to achieve my target BMI, which is why I'm very eager to return to my workout routine.

Hopefully, I can achieve something good by the end of this year.
