My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2024

I went on a nice walk today, which is why I achieved more than 9k steps. I also went for a quick 10-minute run, which seals my activity for today.

Resting tonight will be my priority, so I will be sleeping early. My goal to go to the gym will be postponed for now. I will try to make it happen tomorrow, as it's difficult to get back into the routine if I take too long of a break.
