My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2024
I was just a few steps above the 10,000 mark, lol 😂
It’s a good that I still have energy left to push it further to achieve the acceptable score for my Actifit report. Of course, you are allowed to post your report even if it’s just 500 steps, your report is still welcome. For me, I just feel accomplished whenever I achieve the 10,000 steps score.
My workout routine at the gym also helped with my score. I did a 10-minute run onthe treadmill, 60 counts of sit-ups, 30 counts of squats, 30 counts of push ups and 30 counts of 10kg dumbbells.
