Night Jogging for Today’s Actifit Report Card: January 3 2024
Hey Actifiters! I just came back from a 15-minute jog and it felt good. I'm exhausted but it feels good to be able to go for a run again. The weather in the past few days has always impeded me from going outdoors even for a quick jog like what I did tonight.
It's beneficial to be able to do intense jogging or any exercise because it helps in the flow of blood circulation and it also strengthens the muscles of our body.
Whenever I lack in my exercise routine, it feels like I'm getting weaker each day. Going up the staircase feels heavier than usual. Whenever I feel this way, I will take it as a sign that I need to go for a jog or to the gym.
Tonight, I also did 50 counts of push-ups after I went jogging. I hope that I can do more tomorrow, let's go!
