My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2023
Once again, I’m unable to attach a photo. I’m not sure if it’s an internet issue or the app. Anyway, here’s my Actifit report for today 😊

It's Day #06 of my morning exercise routine.
Yesterday, I said something about improving the time required for my exercise routine; I failed :( Today, took longer than I had yesterday. I set a goal to complete it in 1 hour however, today's result appears that I took 6 minutes more to complete the routine. Oh man, I'm a bit disappointed about that. On the brighter side, I actually complete the routine again and maintain all of the exercises and the counts from yesterday! That's something to celebrate for later ;)
I guess the reason why it took me longer this time is that I modified the sequence of the routine. Here's what I did for today in proper order:
- 100 counts of jog-in-place
- 40 counts of dumbbells for the biceps
- 100 counts of jog-in-place
- 40 counts of dumbbells for the biceps
- 50 counts of jumping jacks
- 40 counts of dumbbells for the triceps
- 50 counts of jumping jacks
- 40 counts of dumbbells for the triceps
- 50 counts of jumping jacks
- 50 mountain climbers
- 50 counts of jumping jacks
- 50 mountain climbers
- 40 push-ups
- 60 sit-ups
I just remembered, I added +10 counts on the mountain climbers.
That's quite a long-complicated list of exercises. But trust me, it's doable and it will make you feel good about yourself if you're able to complete this routine. It's not easy at first, but over time it will get easier.
Hopefully, I can do it faster by tomorrow. Once again, I will set a target of 1 hour to complete the routine.
