My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2023

Hello, Actifit community!

It's Day #05 of my morning exercise routine.

Today, I felt like the exercise routine has finally kicked into my system. I'm already sweating much harder than the previous days. Although I have completed the routine, everything was done slower than the previous days. And that's something that I wanted to improve in the coming days. I spent 1 hour and 10 minutes completing the routine. That includes a 15-minute stretching and then followed by a 55-minute exercise routine. Of course, there are breaks in between each exercise. The breaks between the exercises are the ones that I wanted to improve.

Here's what I did for today:

  • 200 counts of jog-in-place (same as yesterday)
  • 200 counts of jumping jacks (same as yesterday)
  • 80 counts of dumbbells for the biceps (same as yesterday)
  • 80 counts of dumbbells for the triceps (same as yesterday)
  • 90 mountain climbers (added +10 counts)
  • 40 push-ups (added +10 counts)
  • 60 sit-ups (added +20 counts)

Tomorrow, my target is to complete the whole routine down to 1 hour only and then gradually improve until I reach the 30-40 minutes completion time. I'm not yet sure when will I be able to achieve that but I'm guessing after 2 weeks. Let's see if I can make that happen.
