My view for this morning, perfect weather!


Hello, Actifit community!

It's Day #04 of my morning exercise routine.

I woke up around 6:30 AM because I slept around 11:00 PM last night; this timing is earlier than my usual. Most of the time I sleep past midnight and wake up around 8:00 AM. That was a obvious improvement on my part and I'm really glad about it. I think this kind of routine will work better for me and I'm gonna try to keep it that way.

Now, for my morning exercise routine I made another improvement to it as well. I added more counts to my usual cardio exercises. It was going well until I reached the half of the routine, (wtf); I'm already exhausted! It felt like I added too soon. Lifting the dumbbells feel heavier, while the push-ups and mountain climbers felt slower and much difficult to achieve. I thought I wouldn't complete the routine but I'm happy that I did. Of course, it took longer than the usual but it was worth it. I just hope that I can cope up tomorrow with the same set of exercise routine.

Here's what I did for today:

  • 200 counts of jog-in-place (new)
  • 200 counts of jumping jacks (added +50 counts)
  • 80 counts of dumbbells for the biceps (added +20 counts)
  • 80 counts of dumbbells for the triceps (added +20 counts)
  • 80 mountain climbers (same as yesterday)
  • 30 push-ups (same as yesterday)
  • 40 sit-ups (less -10 counts)

Looking at what I accomplished for today, I improved on the cardio & lifting exercises however, I only managed to maintain the mountain climbers and push-ups. Also, I loss 10 counts on the sit-ups because I can't barely sit-up on the remaining 10 counts. That is something that I wanted to improve by tomorrow.
