My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2023

Hello, Actifit community!

It's Day #03 of my morning exercise routine. I'm really surprised that I still have the stamina and the drive to make this happen today. Last night, I was thinking of having a break today.

As I woke up this morning and brought the garbage into the collection area. While walking back from the collection area, I felt that I can still do the exercise routine. So, I went back to the house and then grab my phone with me, and continued walking around the neighborhood. My plan was to go for a walk and see if I still want to continue with the exercise.

After a kilometer of walking around the neighborhood, I reach my house. Played an Avicii playlist and started stretching my arms and legs. And then it goes; I'm doing my exercise routine, LOL

At first, it feels really difficult lifting the dumbbells because I'm still feeling sore in my arms and had mild back pain. The dumbbells feel heavier this time. However, halfway through the routine, I don't feel the soreness anymore, it felt like I can lift it better and so I proceed on the routine.

To my surprise, I managed to do more this time around. Here's what I did:

  • 150 counts of Jumping Jacks (same as yesterday)
  • 60 counts of dumbbells for the biceps (same as yesterday)
  • 60 counts of dumbbells for the triceps (same as yesterday)
  • 30 push-ups (added +10 more counts)
  • 80 mountain climbers (added +40 counts)
  • 50 sit-ups (new)

I added sit-ups to my routine because I want to slim down my tummy and burn those belly fat.

Today seems fine. Tomorrow will be another opportunity to do this routine. I hope my arms and back will get better by then.
