My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2024
I couldn't reach 10K steps today but I did kickboxing today.
It was a kind of intense but I tried to keep it to moderate. According to my smart watch my body was ready for high intensity training the day before yesterday but I just did low intensity jogging. And yesterday, I couldn't do my steps but my body was still ok for high intensity workout eventhough it was not as high as the day before yesterday. But today, my readyness become even lower even though I thought I am recovered more andI have to settle with modedate one.
