My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2024
After a few days of no jogging, I did my steps today and reached over 10K steps. Seems like my heart rate is quite OK. Not as high as previous days.
In those days I felt like I have a raised heart rate for no reason. Even in relexed situation, heart was pumping fast. But today seems ok again.
