My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2022
Today is rope skipping day. After jogging for 5K+ steps, I did 10 sets of 50 reps of rope skipping.
Initially I did just 5 sets. As I became a bit comfortable with it, I did 10 sets instead. May be I do more reps in a set or do more sets If I am comfortable with 10 sets. In the mean time, I guess I’ll increase in some days and do regular sets on some days. Just to make sure my body is OK with it.
