Why I love football

Hi everyone! Today, I'm going to tell you the story of how it all started, and why I love playing football.

The real reason why I know about football is because of a snack “inipit” and because of this snack, I started to love football. So that you would understand, I'll tell you my story HAAHAHAHA

A long time ago, I always saw football on TV but I didn't pay attention because it seemed boring HAHAHAHA. I never planned to play that sport. Until one day...

A man went to our school and visited all the classrooms. He's the one who introduced me to football. I remember our teacher was talking, and he suddenly arrived quietly at our room. He knocked on the door and asked our teacher if he could quickly say something to introduce something to us students. By the way, I was in fourth grade then HAHA that was a long time ago.

This was me back then, when I was just starting.

Let's go back to the story. So, he introduced himself, and I listened to him very carefully, like I was very serious, I got interested in joining when he said we could go to different places. And I was even more interested when he said there would be snacks “inipit” after training. So, I quickly decided to join football practice just for the snacks.

The next day, we started right away. Our practice was every day after school at 3:30 PM. When we got to the field (Don Bosco Boys Home), this is the place in our area that has football, and all the kids here know how to play. When we arrived at the field, we had a small opening ceremony. I was so excited because I knew there would be snacks after training. So, after the opening, they divided us into teams, and I was on the same team as my cousin, I remember I used to wear Converse shoes because I didn't have any spike shoes back then. After our training, they gathered us at the basketball court because it was snack time. At first, all I could think about was the snacks.

The second day of practice, I was still happy because I thought I would get snacks again. I really loved snacks but after our training, they didn't give us any snacks because they didn't buy any, so, I went home very disappointed.

After a month of training, they had a one-day league for us who were trained in football. That's where I really started to like it because when we played, I realized that this sport is actually fun. And in football, your height doesn't matter. And that’s how it all started. I slowly started to like football because every time we had practice, I didn’t care about the snacks anymore. I just wanted to practice.

And that game was also my first time, and we even became champions HAHAHAHA I liked it even more, to the point that I never stopped playing football. And until now, I’m still playing Football.
