Hello all actifiters,
Here I am with my previous day activity score ie 6.3k activity.

The weather has changed and because of the less air movement the AQI is not good. Not recommended to go for excessive workout outside. I am thinking of buying a air purifier for home. This is the situation every year during the winter. Many factors are involved along with less air movement for the degraded quality of the air.
