I Am Alive Challenge : October 23 2022

Happy Sunday. Went to church early enough today. Before we begin normal Sunday service, we do Bible studies termed as Sunday school. I went to meet it today. Church was awesome and I'm blessed to be able to attend. From church, I went to deliver the shoe I spoke about in my previous actifit post. Walked a bit and got me to over 30k steps. Been awhile I did anything close to 30k. Hope to have more of such days often. Not used my sweatcoin app in 3 months. Decided to start using again because my friend says he knows how I can exchange it for real money. I hope it pans out.
