Exercised today for the first time in longtime. I hope I will be consistent. Whenever I decide to exercise, I often give up after 2 or 3 days. I’m hoping I can do continuously for a week at least. That way I can be sure that I might continue for much longer. I also did pruning for the orange trees. Mistletoes were growing on them and some parts where dying slowly.
