Ein sehr guter Tag // Actifit

Gestern war ein sehr guter Tag mit viel Bewgung und ausgwogenem essen.

Zuerst ging es mit dem Rad ins Büro, das waren dann schonmal 30 Minuten.
Dort gab es dann mehrere Vororttermine, so dass ich schnell meine Schritte zusammen hatte. Abends dann mit dem Rad zurück nach Hause.

Abends sind wir noch ein paar Minuten über den Weihnachtsmarkt geschlendert.

Blutdruck ist aber immer noch doof.

Und Fotos habe ich Depp vergessen.
