My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2024

I haven't written one of these in years. But since I'm becoming more active on Hive again and I'm not really able to stream today + I went for a run I thought why not :)

Ever since I became a dad I noticed that everything sport related became less consequent. But lately I'm having back issues just by picking the baby up. That made me realise that if I want to do fun things with her in the years to come I gotta start taking care of myself again! So I went for a run today for a second time in a week after not running for more than 2 years. And besides not having a horrible time (5km in 28 minutes) I encountered a little friend on the way home (see picture) :)
