Holy shit I'm sore. Part of the adjustment period is learning to moderate my efforts so I don't screw myself up. Got the wall removed, harvests done, then put the homedepot order in and went to pick it up. 1800 pounds of softener salt is all loaded to the studio and the basement. I have grain, a lot, to get in the morning... My back aches thinking of the task...
