My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2024

Rained all day. Our annual co-op meeting was from 11-1 and I joined on the remote as I had zero desire to drive down there for it. This way I got to watch the darts finals. At 3 I moved wrong and got a migraine that is still going now and the tub jets aren't doing much yet. That put me out of order for the rest of the day. I tried to write but the pain is too much to focus. It is all from tje right side of my back muscles being so jacked and my spine is way out. Time to get me up on the rack and check the frame and suspension before doing the alignment.
