My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2024

It rained all day and I watched soccer in the morning while I wrote. I ha e dredged another 3k words out today and am just as disturbed by it as intrigued. It is so dark and twisted but it feels so good to finally put it somewhere other than my brain. I fully intend to exorcise this shit from my head.

I made an amazing batch of tortillas today that were all equal in size. The stack looks gorgeous and sooo so delicious, which they are and are the perfect size for wraps. I'm getting pretty good at making these and have 2 dozen dialed down to 45 minutes.

Weird headache tonight that came on fast and took a while to subside was likely too little water and magnesium. After both the stabbing in both temples subsided.
