My Actifit Report Card: December 31 2023

This was one hell of a day and I have dove into parts of my memory, trauma, and come to very clear realizations. 2024 will be a transformative year for me as you will see if you follow my posts. So mich is clear now and my 6th or 7th post on the original chain is all about now, bit 7 years ago. 2024 will be a good year for ME.

BOOM therapy helps the healing begin. I miss shooting my guns and tonight was a good start in remembering that. I also miss my Dad and want him up here sooner than later. We have life to live with my family.

Hope your last day of the year was easier than mine, but I can now move on and not be hindered by the manipulation.

Heavy end to my year but damn did this explain a lot.

I'm going into 2024 all guns blazing. Enough is enough.

Yes, I was in the Air Force. I grew up shooting though so it is deep in my blood. When I was 6 or 7 I was shooting in competitions with old school black powder rifles.
