My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2023
It was cold all day so I did little outside. Even layers did little to assuage the biting temps. I got money set out for the boys for school events, my glycerin drained and into jars, watched the Kraken lose, and made a really tasty dinner. The hot water is the best combat for a cold season.

Our wind pattern are a bit different. We get the cold storms that come south from Alaska and Canada that bring the super cold temps with them as they move south and east. You are so much closer to the equator I'm sure that has a part to play as well.

I think the weather has changed finally and cold has come to stay. It been cold at my end too, it is usually cold especially at night
Working out of the house during the winter must be a little difficult.
