My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2023

Busy day. We all went to Gardner Cave a mike from the Canada border and took the tour. The public area of the cave is only 1/4 of the whole thing. That is the biggest limestone column in Washington state.

Then we got the tour of Boundary dam which was super cool as they had one of the 400 ton rotors out and in easy view. Amazing that mass spins to create 14kv power at 120 rpm.

Then I bagged 100 lbs of beans into mostly half pound bags. My body is beat.
