Melting Saturday - Alive And Thriving - Actifit: December 16, 2023

On my Saturday it got a lot warmer with up to +7°C at the top, and quite sweaty even as I am used to winter cold now, and the snow was melting away a lot.
I am still walking everywhere, and I got a few pictures from the late afternoon showing how wet it was.
In the day I first rested up for quite some time as I needed it, and on Hive I made the weekly payouts to delegators for @youarealive and @aliveandthriving, and then I also completed all daily tasks before going to bed as well, but it got really late again so I slept in on Sunday too.
This is my participation in the #POLIAC competition run by @poliac aka @browery, and my participation in #MAcFiT from @macfit aka @merthin.
Here are some pictures from my day.
Above you can see that it was really wet in the streets, and below there was some snow left in the park in the late afternoon, but that snow was also very wet and it continued to melt away through the night.
Above and below you have the tower of City Hall, and the water to the south of Kungsholmen with Riddarholmen and Södermalm on the other side, and then the canal over to the mainland.

Ahhh so even if the temp is still below 10C that somehow melts the snow. Interesting. It's fascinating how you find it sweaty warm already LOL! I'd be a popsicle stick in that cold temp. :P anyway, I hope the snow comes back soon and stays over the coming holidays :) have a fantastic week!
