Nice But Late Thursday - Alive And Thriving - Actifit: October 12, 2023

On my Thursday it was really nice weather all day, and quite sunny as well, though the wind was blowing quite hard.
I am still walking everywhere, and I got a few pictures from a late afternoon walk that I hope you will enjoy.
In the day I had quite a bit to do offline, and then I went on Hive in the afternoon and evening, where I had to catch up with Alive Chat from falling asleep the day before, and I also managed to complete most of the daily tasks, but it got too late for the next Alive Chat, so that was done on Friday instead.
This is my participation in the #POLIAC competition run by @poliac aka @browery, and my participation in #MAcFiT from @macfit aka @merthin.
Here are some pictures from my day.
In the afternoon I walked the streets towards City Hall, and the fall colors and low afternoon sun was really nice.
There is quite a bit of nature around here too.
I got closer to City Hall with it's big tower.
And above is the big tower, and below some more views from the inside square.
I also got a panorama from the park on the back of City Hall, which is just by the water, and the wind was quite hard.
After that I walked over to the mainland and The City, and walked back quite a bit later when it was dark.

Thanks a lot @iamraincrystal and during the rush hours it can be quite a bit of traffic, most people don't commute by car though, public transport is really extensive here, the subway goes about every 3 minutes when it's the busiest, plus there is buses all over that goes every 5 or 10 minutes, and then regional commute trains that goes further out every 20 minutes.

amazing public transport services 😱 how I wish it were the same here too! guess traffic congestion does arise from the numerous private cars that tend to congest on the major streets and thoroughfares. can't rely on our public transport system that's why 😑 that's why my daughter opted to work somewhere within walking distance 😁 it makes me wonder if there's a chance at all for our local system to improve at all 🤔
