Knock Out Saturday - Alive And Thriving - Actifit: November 12, 2022

On my Saturday the weather was nice before I went to bed, not sure about the rest of the day though, and I did not get any pictures on Saturday, so I am sharing the sunrise from Sunday.

Completing all tasks on Hive from Friday meant I only went to bed at 9 AM on Saturday, plus that I have been a bit sick the last few days with a runny nose and also not had the best sleep those days either got me very tired, and I slept for 15 hours straight before waking up, so I missed the whole day.

I have started to catch up with the most important backlog now, staking rewards for Saturday are now paid out, for example, and my steps are the ones I made before going to bed.

This is my participation in the #POLIAC competition run by @poliac aka @browery, and my participation in #MAcFiT from @macfit aka @merthin.

Here are some pictures from my day.

Thanks, and to power down you set the amount to power down and confirm it, though with your level of HP I would suggest you keep building it, you only just started earning curation rewards, with lower HP that wil be gone.

We had much warmer weather when I went outside at about 10am
