Day 1/21 of 30 minutes Treadmill walk

I broke my previous streak of 11 days of walk yesterday. I believe that it takes 21 days to form a habit.

Since I took a break for some unforeseen reason, I had to start anew. This is Day 1 of my 30 minutes Treadmill walk. Note its 30 minutes, and it is 10 minutes more than my previous streak. I guess I need to step up after a day's involuntary break.

I also use a new title instead of the Actifit autogenerated title to show the number of days out of the 21 days.
