I am quite disappointed with myself yesterday, but i understand that our body has its limit and we should take care of our body first. My goal was to walk for 5000 activity. Sadly, i have to stop at 3799 because i almost blacked out. Its just not so fun if i fainted in somewhere in Bali’s road.
As we can see, there’re bunch of sweats all over my face and body. I got drenched with sweats.
