Hallo Sportfreunde.

Wenn man älter ist, bringt einen nichts mehr so schnell aus der Ruhe.
Das gilt wohl auch für Bäume 😁😉
Bis die alle ihre Blätter haben wird's wohl noch dauern.
Meine Liegestütze haben für viel Muskelkater gesorgt.
Ich brauche noch längere Pausen um ein tägliches Programm zu starten.
Aber das wird schon.

Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
