Hallo Sportfreunde.

Nach wie vor bleibt manchmal keine Zeit für eine ausreichende sportliche Aktivität.
Auch der innere Schweinehund lässt nie in seinen Aktivitäten nach und quält einen wo es nur geht.

Positiv ist es dann wenn man gezwungen ist, täglich raus zu müssen da der Hund 😂😁😉 sein Geschäft machen möchte und muss.
Wenn man dann erst einmal draußen ist, ist es einfacher die tägliche Aktivität beizubehalten 👍

Außerdem gibt es vieles zu beobachten:

Hier dauert es nicht mehr lange, bis die ersten Köpfe zu sehen sind.

Genießt das Wochenende und bleibt gesund und fit.
