Hallo Sportfreunde.

Für diese Woche beginnt auch schon wieder das Bergfest.
Viele Dinge sind bereits erledigt und die Tage fliegen praktisch so dahin.

Ihn stört das nicht und er lässt sich sogar Zeit damit um grüner zu werden 😂😁😉😉
Die tägliche Aktivität hat auch ein wenig gelitten da sich der Rücken heftig weigert anständig zu funktionieren.

Euch wünsche ich einen guten Start in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
