Hallo Allerseits.

Ein bisschen Salbe hat gestern echt Wunder vollbracht.
Meinem Rücken geht es besser und ich kann wie gewohnt unsere Runden machen.
Es war so heftig, dass ich für Heute schon einen Totalausfall befürchtet habe.
Aber es ging noch einmal gut.
Bleibt gesund und negativ.
