Existen dos tipos de héroes: quienes se llevan los aplausos y aquellos quienes aportan tanto como sus pares más idolatrados, pero no son parte de las preferencias públicas. Y tiene esto por resaltar dos factores: la falta de la frecuencia de exposición en los medios de comunicación y quizás el poco carisma que suele rodear a quienes prefieren los focos apunten a otro lado. Y es válido también. Depende de los observadores más acuciosos sacar de las sombras a estos últimos.

Tiene totalmente la razón cuando mencionas los héroes anónimos ya que esto no solo pasa en el béisbol que es el tema que nos trae hoy, sino que en el deporte en general. Lo ideal sería el destacar a estos héroes que le tienen tanto amor a lo que hacen que no les importa recibir el aplausos, pero aún así supongo que es gratificante para ellos si lo llegasen a recibir.
Veremos cómo se define las divisiones que usted menciona de la gran carpa donde aún hay disputas por avanzan a la postemporada de la MLB.

Y los hay a montones, el asunto es que los medios no reseñan cuando los héroes carismáticos se van en blanco...y también tienes razón, en los otros deportes también sucede...en el fútbol, por ejemplo, están esos tipos que gravitan en la grama sin anotar un gol, pero que distribuyen juego.
En fin, creo en haber entregado una perspectiva diferente de esos héroes ocultos.
Venezuela tiene un problema agradable en el infield, cuando escojan el roster del clásico mundial. La única debilidad que veo está en el pitcheo.
Nuestros abridores son inconstantes.
