My Actifit Report Card: April 26 2022

Dear friends

As we are well into April, Venezuela, being a tropical country, is now receiving the first rains of the season. In the city where I live we enjoy a moderate climate in which storms have not yet made their appearance, but in other parts of the republic are already affected by heavy rains.

Another fact to highlight these last days of April is related to the war in Eastern Europe in which, in spite of the efforts to achieve peace, they have been unsuccessful, and an escalation of the conflict is still expected.

Today in the afternoon I have gone out to complete my exercise routine and I have captured some photographs that I would like to share with you.

Estimados amigos

Ya avanzado abril, Venezuela, al ser un país tropical, está en estos momentos recibiendo las primeras lluvias de la temporada. En la ciudad donde vivo gozamos de un clima moderado en la que aun las tormentas no han hecho su aparición, pero en otros lugares de la república ya están afectados por fuertes lluvias.

Otro hecho a resaltar estos últimos días de abril es lo relacionado con la guerra en Europa Oriental en el que, a pesar de los esfuerzos por lograr la paz, han resultado infructuosos, esperando aun un recrudecimiento de la contienda.

Hoy en la tarde he salido a completar mi rutina de ejercicios y he capturado unas fotografías que me permito compartirles.
