My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2023

Not a huge amount to report for yesterday. Just the usual walks at both breaks and after work I went to visit my friend Tina.

She currently has 2 foreign students in her house, so it’s quite cheerful there, but also rather a squeeze, as she had to put the contents of her beauty salon into her living room to free the bedroom for one of the boys.

Her garden on the other hand is looking rather neat, especially comparing to mine’s where work in progress makes it look a bit messy 😉

She has just a few plants in bloom, which is understandable, as we’re heading towards the end of the season, but all flower beds are looking neat and ready for some new additions next season.

I forgot to take my buckwheat which I should be eating before sleep, so I had to have some white pasta for dinner with them, but I can at least say I’m still doing well on no-coffee front plus making sure I eat my breakfast, even if it’s small.
