My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2024

Today been 23rd of July I engaged in movement, walking from my home to the workplace.

I will recommend this app to anyone who wishes to track your activities for the day.

I will be taking note of the statistics to see if I will be able to predict my activities for each month. A whole lot of truth lies in bunch of numbers as this reminds me of when we were taught statistics in school.

Thank you for reading my activities today. i engaged in walking from my house to office then did a bit of job in my office.
