Walking in snow - in boots and barefoot! My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2022

Today's activity was not about distance or number of steps. It was about feeling good, enjoying snow and sunshine. I love them both! When i took off my boots i felt the soft snow that begun melting under my naked sole. I didn't feel it too cold. Cold is a very effective therapy for inflammations and pain. My heels got better. That barefoot walking took only some minutes and that was quite enough. Then i continued walking in my boots. On the other hand, barefoot is very-very slippery! I've almost fallen some times. I encourage you to try this method, it's very healthy!
